Two points on how to get your listings sold.
- Get a home warranty that covers your listings during the listing and advertise that in the MLS.
- Curb appeal. You cannot afford to have anything in your inventory that doesn’t have great curb appeal.
Half the decision to buy a house is made driving by in the buyers mind and the other half is made when they walk in the door.
Much of what’s going on in the market today is going to create some serious buyer activity. Two things you need to work on. One is build your own inventory as high as you can so you win when other people bring you buyers. Two, get ready to work with a bunch of buyers, because hundreds, even thousands of buyers sitting on the fence say they’d do something if interest rates would come down.
They’re waiting for the right day and that day is today with the announcement of the stimulus package.
