My husband Kris and I have been HU Students for over a year now. The short sale knowledge we have gained, and continue to gain has set us apart from most realtors in our market. Just the other day we were asked several of the same questions listed. Our new client was told by a "short sale advocate" that you MUST be late on your payments to qualify to do a short sale! Agents, get educated, our business has never been better!
