SHORT SALE SUCCESS!

Tim,
Just wanted to let you know that my short sale business has taken off! I am taking about 3 to 4 listings a week! I took my first “by fax” listing about 2 weeks ago! I have sold the guy’s house and haven’t even met him yet! For all of my short sale listings, I am now meeting them at the office so that I can make copies at that time. I would also like to tell you that I have helped 3 people stay in their homes by helping them get their financial information for their workout program! That felt gr-8! Each one have told me that they will tell everyone about me, and when they get ready to sell, they will call me!

I am a little stressed out but am soooo excited!
