What does this mean for agents?

Simple, at the start of every day act as if you have No Listings, No Buyers, No Pending Escrows. Clear your mind and pretend that you have nothing going on in your business and today…at this very moment you MUST create business.

One of the biggest challenges for agents is creating consistent cash flow.

All too often agents become complacent when they have a hand full of listings and pendings. Every agent has a personal predetermined number where they become complacent. In other words most agents will hit some subconscious ‘magic’ number that results in their dollar productive efforts falling off.

For some agents the number may be 2 deals pending and 3 listings…for anothers the number maybe 50 listings and 10 pendings. Complacency and inconsistency are the leading causes of financial and often times personal challenges. Ask your self ,what is my ‘magic number’? Once you know what the number you can then make conscious efforts to stay focused on your most dollar productive activities every day.
