I was at the edge of slipping into a negative feeling. I know I have the skills and certainly the desire to help others but I was hearing all sorts of naysayers about the real estate market. The first step I will take TODAY is to inventory my BAG. Next, I'm sending my contact list a quick email reminding them that I can use my talents and skills to help others in these challenging times. If everyone on the list responds with one, and only one, referral for a listing, sale or even relocation referral, I will have so much business I'll have to share with other members of my team and company.
