I appreciate Tim’s “Rant.” I agree with your assessments of the market. I’m an eager student and have learned lots, and am doing 4-5 closes per month, half short sales and half buyers. I’ve been approached by a quality senior agent (because of my hard work and success) to team in going after REOs, my next project. I was familiar with the “Paradigm of the Operating States” before you used part of it (Formulation, Concentration, Momentum, Stability, Breakthrough, Mastery) a couple weeks ago. I must be one of the 100 out of the 1000, but dang - I just don’t believe that everyone is so negative. Can it be?

I have a question about Loan Mods. How does doing loan mods affect our RE License and our Brokers License? I am in California. Has the law changed to allow us as agents to handle loan mods? Please advise.
