I ordered your reo system last month. This is an area that I truly want to excel in. I hired my brother-in-law two years ago. He was doing great until the market caught up to us here in Utah. He had started to search for other jobs to pay the bills. I saw the opportunity of quick cash doing BPO’s while we began to work into the REO business as a great opportunity to keep him in the business. We have done 40 BPO’s since then. Not tons of cash, but enough to alleviate some of the immediate cash flow problem for him and also serve to reenergize him to stick with this great opportunity. We also picked up a short sale home today. Thank you for the education.

I bought into your REO course about 3 months ago.
I was barely getting by. My husband and I have been going thru
big changes in our lives. My husband has retired and I was doing Real Estate part time.
I have been doing BPO’s for about 7 yrs now. I invested money we really didn’t have into your program and a better future for the 3 children we adopted in November.
I needed to look for ways to support a family now instead of just my husband and myself.
But with your list of companies to work with I hooked up with additional companies, like Titanium.
I introduced you to my partner and broker.
They felt so confident in the path I was going that they too, have agreed to pay any fees that some of the companies are charging.
I have recently received 2 REO listings with Titanium and have been able to help many homeowners keep their homes. I have also gained many referrals for short sales and even out of state clients
moving to my area for business.
I work between 45 to 60 BPO’s a week and do the Home Retention Counseling on the weekend. I have given your website out to realtor friends in the state of Washington also. In fact I have gone out on some home retention appointments to find the owner is a realtor. So to help them get back on track I have emailed them your website and BPO companies to work with. I am sure it will help them as well.
I like being able to keep my evenings free for the children and I to have together.
