At the time I enrolled, I was barely getting by. My husband and I have been going through big changes in our lives. My husband has retired and I was doing Real Estate part time.
I invested money we really didn’t have into your program. and a better future for the 3 children we adopted in November.
In November we adopted 3 children. We needed ways to support a family now instead of just my husband and myself.I used the list of REO/ Asset manager companies that is included in the coaching program. And, this is what has happened…..

I have recently received 2 REO listings! I have been able to help many homeowners keep their homes. I have also gained many referrals for short sales and even out of state clients
moving to my area for business. I work between 45 to 60 BPO’s a week and do the Home Retention Counseling on the weekend.I have given your website out to Realtor friends in the state of Washington. In fact I have gone out on some home retention appointments to find the owner is actually a Realtor! So to help them get back on track I have emailed them your website and BPO companies to work with. I am sure it will help them as well.
I like being able to keep my evenings free for the children and I to have together.
