Dear Tim and Julie,
I was invited to listen in to a free Short Sale teleconference via an email.
At the time, I had a listing I could NOT sell. I knew that a short sale would be the perfect solution for the homeowners…. so I joined the Agent Short Sale Secrets coaching program. I was ENTIRELY ready to proceed with a short sale after learning exactly HOW they are done. Got it closed about 3 months later at 1.1 million and have listened to many of the calls and other agents and their great experiences with short sales and REO’s.
Went to my broker’s home for her hubby’s 60th birthday party and met a couple people that had wanted to join her company. We sat and began talking and now one of the people I spoke to is also an HREU student!
We will help a lot of desperate homeowners by doing short sales for them. Tim and Julie are ABSOLUTELY right about how to do them. It sure does help knowing what you’re doing! I am very grateful for the coaching I receive at HREU….Tim and Julie, thanks for being there for us!
