Your Motivation messages are what really keeps me rolling. It is so great to have such a couple that are always here to help. My first Short sale was a great success with all the help I got from you and your classes, I was able to sell my first short sale.
On floor time I got a client who walked in the door and said I have stopped the foreclosure I need to sell my property now I had no clue what I was supposed to do. I took all the information I had and went online and found your class listened to the free seminar and signed up that same moment. Downloaded the SHORT SALE packet and followed my steps. It was a great success I was able to sell my first shortsale in a very professional manner, nobody knew it was the first one and then built a great baggage of knowledge. I also knew I had a Coach to ask questions to when I needed.
Now I help all my colleagues at work and I am known as the “Short sale Queen”. When they don’t want to deal with the short sale itself because it is a lot of work they prefer to send it over for a referral. I use all the information you gave us and now it is my short sale baggage I help the office to submit their Short sales and succeed.
Thanks to Tim, Julie I have found a new niche and success in my real estate business. I am starting the REO dept to increase my “Spokes on my wheel” for 2009.
