Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you.

I have to admit that I was very skeptical when I signed up for HREU.

I am a relatively new student to HREU and have had several successes from little ‘tidbits’ picked up from your coaching calls.

I have spoken to all of my current homeowners about the market and told them that my coach told me that I need to price correctly. When I did this and showed them articles that you provided on the blog, they decided to lower their prices and every ten days we do a price revision. Not a reduction. This has caused 4 of my listings to go under contract. My homeowners are very pleased and I am not the ‘bad’ person telling them to lower their price.

I am in your Agent REO Secrets class and have signed up with about 15 different companies so far. I have increased my BPO production from $200 in October to $2400 in November! I am on track to meet or exceed the BPO production in December.

I also have received 4 REO listings, 1 of which I listed and sold myself….none of this could have been done without your help. I have started to build relationships with asset managers and once they see production, I believe that I will be able to break into the crowd that has been established here for years.

I had a Free Coaching Call with Julie, as I was VERY frustrated. She took the time to call me and ask me what I was doing and then to tell me what I needed to do. I am trying very hard to do all that she told me to do…thank you for the belief in us when the whole world seems negative. I am continuing with my goal setting and I have my blinders on, this is going to be the BEST year yet.
