Tim and Julie,

I am a new student with Harris Real Estate University, signed up in end of October 2008.

Since signing up for Agent Short Sale Secrets and listening to all the calls and replays, I have 1 short sale listing and have 3 deals In Escrow. I was able to take what I learned about communicating with sellers about pricing and put it to work. I was able to lower the sales price on 2 of my listings which resulted in 1 pending.

I have also had 3 phone calls from past clients who are in upside down and I was able to go meet with them and explain what their options are and will probably be listing 2 of the 3 properties. The other one I hope to help them with a loan Modification.

I must say that I have been in coaching previously and although I found it helpful.. I am find this much more Motivating and instructional by giving me all the tools I need to be successful in this business.
