I have been reading your coaching and success stories and what really caught my eye was the 100 year mortgages. Why don’t we just go to straight simple interest and save everyone a ton of money and have our work ethics and attitudes shift. I also think that President Obama or his cabinet may be plotting the big deception on all of us. Look, the housing is upside down, the unemployment rate is nearing 10%, businesses are shutting their doors for lack of financing and customers, is government control next? The ingredients are here. How long will we continue to allow this administration to under mind our efforts to be free of governmental control (socialism, anarchy, dictator). We are free and will fight for it.
