Here is how you participate:
For the next 45 days we have challenged every HREU student to take 20 listings….
Not just any listings. These listings have to be what we can ‘Absolutely Must Sell Sellers’ (AMSS). In other words, extremely motivated sellers.
The idea is that once you list 20 AMSS you will be set for the year. Think about this for a second…you list 20 AMSS now…those listings will sell…some of those home sellers will also buy….you will sell other homes from the sign calls off those listings. In most markets across the U.S. your average commission from those 20 sold listings will be at least $5,000. That means….you will earn…..$100,000. (Realistically, you will earn significantly more.) When you participate and you do accomplish this goal the momentum you will have for the rest of the year will be simply stunning.
This is something that EVERY Realtor can do now.
