I listened to your loan modification presentation on the web today. I have been told by several affiliates that they require that the “originator” obtain a down payment from the person who has the loan. You did not disclose this in your presentation. How does the loan Modifyer get paid in your program. Must they get the deposit?
Can you adress the “deposit” and at what point that is required. Your presentation made it sound like the originator gets a check for 200 to 500 dollars That is not easy to do. In some states an escrow account is difficult to obtain. Also, Visa or American Express

We did discuss this briefly on the call today when we talked about some of the affiliates being overseen by attorneys. The attorneys have reviewed the laws and have legal and ethical means of collecting a refundable deposit.
