I have a lot of financial backround and am a business consultant, but loan mods?  I searched the internet, found you course, ordered it, and began right away.  It was easy to follow, provided the forms even, as well as referral companies for those of us who aren’t licenced real estate agents.

In taking the challenge, not only was I successful in doing her modification, but have had numerous people referred to me as a result.  I haven’t advertised, or even gone out and spoken to folks about loan mods.  So far I have done three via this word of mouth; have 5 in the pipeline, and have taken on two clients for my business, and have referred several to a real estate friend of mine for short sales.  This is in addition to what I already do, and it seems to match perfectly.
In speaking with you, I have renewed my interest in getting licenced myself.  I have done some real estate investment, managed to modifiy an investment property, and I do property management.  So I believe this is the next logical step…and all because by chance I found your website, and your amazing library of information, courses and materials.

I have a renewed excitement about business, and one that hopefully presents good solutions, and committments.  I am excited because I feel a renewed sense of people wanted to do things in this manner, instead of an intense energy of greed that seemed to be so pervasive in the last several years, and teaching people to do it right makes all the difference.

So thank you for the work you folks do, and in continuing to keep people motivated, interested, and excited.  Working to help people and make some money for the effort gives you a wonderful feeling.  I look forward to a long term relationship with HREU!
