Hey Tim & Julie,

I just wanted to convey to you some of the excitement I’ve been experiencing.

So much “WOW” going on in my business since I started coaching with you guys about 9 months ago!  Not too long ago you featured Mark Shandrow on a Friday Superstar Interview. You asked him what the biggest challenge he was currently facing in his business.

Do you remember his answer?

At the time I just laughed because it seamed like such a distant concept.  He said (I’m paraphrasing) his biggest “problem” (great problem to have, right?) was dealing with all of properties he had in contract, all the closings, all the new leads pouring in and essentially working in the reality of an exploding business!  Fun stuff!

It hit me like a giant “Ah Haaa!” moment yesterday when I realized that that is exactly where I am right now, some 9 months later!  I am loving this.

Being connected with you (HREU) daily keeps me fired up, excited, INSPIRED, motivated and challenged to keep improving myself and my real estate business.  It’s so important to take a step back and look at what I’ve created here.  And what I (we) have created with your guidance and expert coaching is a business with many spokes such as:  Short Sales, Loan Mods, Buyers, Listings, BPO’s, REO’s, Website that actually generates leads and so much more!  It’s strange to imagine, but I have better hours, spend more time with my family and feeeeeeeeeeeel more calm and relaxed and secure about my business than I ever have.  And all of this in a ??”down market”??  I don’t want to say that it doesn’t take work, because it certainly does, but I’ll tell you what, this is way easier than the way I was doing it before, while earning four times what I was earning before.  I sincerely feel that the options are limitless here and I’ve made so much progress, yet, I’m just getting warmed up!

Thank you Thank you Tim and Julie and your entire crew at the University (please pass this along)!  You all put your heart and souls into this and it shows in the massive success all of your coaching students and extended family out there are experiencing, myself included.
