I talk to your brother the other day and he gave me about 15 people to contact about getting reo listings but I have not had much luck getting any of them on the internet or even finding their websites, could you please post the list again maybe I spelled them wrong but I have my speech ready for them.
Loan Mods, I have been doing loan mods but as far as getting paid they are dragging their feet on sending me the forms to fill out with them, there is one lender ING, that says they are not participating in the stimulus package so they don’t have to do loan mods if they don’t want to. Have you heard that???

Just a few years ago, the National Association of Realtors and their state associations fought successfully to stop banks from participating in the real estate business.
Well, guess what banks are doing now!
They are telling us brokers and agents what, if, when and why they will and won’t participate in short sales and REOs.
I, for one, have no patience dealing with banks and their people who know nothing about real estate who are telling us how, when and who shall buy and sell real estate.

The foreclosure statistics are absolutely shocking. “7,000,000 more foreclosures to come”, “FHA being forced to raise standards, rates and limits” (Raising limits is not bad — Raising Standards and Rates could make lending for 640 and below borrowers impossible) And “impossible there will be any market correction for years”?
This could be critical information for me to share with my clients and realtors, but before I share anything, I make sure I have sourced all information to insure accuracy and factuality.
Please, if you could source your resources for this information. I would greatly appreciate your help with this.
