Hi,

You are right...not passed yet. But, I am confident it will pass.
Get this, I am being told that the FHA is changing their lending guidelines for folks who have done a Short Sale...
what I am told is that the revised regs will allow someone to buy immediately after a ss provided they missed no
payments...the new house is the same or less $$ than the home they SS....their credit score can be low...and they
only need 3.5% down.
Now, I dont think any of this is true....but, I am being told that it is. As soon as I know for certain i will let you know.

Hey there.....you know this hasn't passed yet? It's still a proposal and hasn't been voted on yet. We don't know real details of proposal until final passage has been accomplished. Obviously, it will be extended....but as to how or whether or not it will be expanded is still up in the air.
