I invested in the Agent REO Secrets coaching program about 3 months ago. In that time we have experienced great changes in our business and lives…
At the time I enrolled, I was barely getting by. My husband and I have been going through big changes in our lives. My husband has retired and I was doing Real Estate part time.
I invested money we really didn’t have into your program. and a better future for the 3 children we adopted in November.
In November we adopted 3 children. We needed ways to support a family now instead of just my husband and myself.I used the list of REO/ Asset manager companies that is included in the coaching program. And, this is what has happened…..

I have recently received 2 REO listings! I have been able to help many homeowners keep their homes. I have also gained many referrals for short sales and even out of state clients
moving to my area for business. I work between 45 to 60 BPO’s a week and do the Home Retention Counseling on the weekend.I have given your website out to Realtor friends in the state of Washington. In fact I have gone out on some home retention appointments to find the owner is actually a Realtor! So to help them get back on track I have emailed them your website and BPO companies to work with. I am sure it will help them as well.
I like being able to keep my evenings free for the children and I to have together.

Hi Tim
My success story is I joined the short sale program a couple of months ago. I was doing a few short sales but saw the need and so I wanted more training and joined HREU. I started to get a few more listings but wasn’t closing very many. Presently I have 16 listings. 6 pending for about 1.2 million. Still having trouble getting closings I had a coaching call from you, basically you told me I was being too nice with my sellers. I immediately got on the phone got two to accept the offers so right now I have 3 bank approved deals for this month. My goal is to close 6 in December. Thanks
Also in talking it up to the owner of my franchise he signed up for the REO class.

Dear Tim & Julie,The wonderful successes I have been experiencing since joining HREU have continued to pile up! Yes, getting a million plus dollar short sale listing my first week as a student, currently having over $50,000 in pending commissions and being invited to do a 30 minute PSA about short sales on the largest Spanish radio station in Idaho have all been phenomenal, I must say there are a few additional experiences that have really stood out. To date, since becoming a certified short sale specialist with HREU, I have successfully been able to help 3 different families avoid foreclosure as a direct result of my actions. Those actions were a direct result of what I know how to do because of my training with you at the university! That is 3 families (and counting) that now have a brighter and more secure future knowing that they have dodged the bullet of foreclosure thanks to my help. Consider this; I knew none of this just six months ago! My business is fun and rewarding and the momentum is exciting. I have just brought on an associate to handle specific tasks due to our growth.
