A Debt of Gratitude.

That is what we owe Tim and Julie.  They have delivered the best return on my professional growth investments of my 25 year career as a real estate Broker. Believe me I have participated in almost every program out there. Harris Real Estate University is clearly at the top.

Here is just example of how we helped others. A divorced mother of three called me in response to an ad for my co-authored book Should I Short Sale My Home? Because of the economy, she was unemployed after she was forced to close her previously successful business. She received no assistance from her former husband who was employed only part-time. She also lost her entire down payment of $250,000 which was an inheritance from her father. She asked for help to avoid having a foreclosure on her otherwise great credit record.

Tim, Julie, and all the coaches at HREU showed me how to help this woman who had lost everything almost over night. We helped her retain what she valued most, after her children…her dignity.  Thank God that we are here to help others.
