Hey Tim & Julie,

I just wanted to convey to you some of the excitement I’ve been experiencing.

So much “WOW” going on in my business since I started coaching with you guys about 9 months ago!  Not too long ago you featured Mark Shandrow on a Friday Superstar Interview. You asked him what the biggest challenge he was currently facing in his business.

Do you remember his answer?

At the time I just laughed because it seamed like such a distant concept.  He said (I’m paraphrasing) his biggest “problem” (great problem to have, right?) was dealing with all of properties he had in contract, all the closings, all the new leads pouring in and essentially working in the reality of an exploding business!  Fun stuff!

It hit me like a giant “Ah Haaa!” moment yesterday when I realized that that is exactly where I am right now, some 9 months later!  I am loving this.

Being connected with you (HREU) daily keeps me fired up, excited, INSPIRED, motivated and challenged to keep improving myself and my real estate business.  It’s so important to take a step back and look at what I’ve created here.  And what I (we) have created with your guidance and expert coaching is a business with many spokes such as:  Short Sales, Loan Mods, Buyers, Listings, BPO’s, REO’s, Website that actually generates leads and so much more!  It’s strange to imagine, but I have better hours, spend more time with my family and feeeeeeeeeeeel more calm and relaxed and secure about my business than I ever have.  And all of this in a ??”down market”??  I don’t want to say that it doesn’t take work, because it certainly does, but I’ll tell you what, this is way easier than the way I was doing it before, while earning four times what I was earning before.  I sincerely feel that the options are limitless here and I’ve made so much progress, yet, I’m just getting warmed up!

Thank you Thank you Tim and Julie and your entire crew at the University (please pass this along)!  You all put your heart and souls into this and it shows in the massive success all of your coaching students and extended family out there are experiencing, myself included.

Dear Tim and Julie

Thanks to the coaching calls and the Agent REO Secrets Coaching class I am still working hard!

I have a seller who wanted to wait until January to put her property on the market, Harris Real Estate University gave me the push to get it listed now and not to wait until the holidays were over.

Good thing because their is already alot of interest in the home by buyers. It is motivating me to try to get 2 more listings that the sellers are also waiting until after the holidays! I hope it all works out and that December becomes my best money month!

I joined HREU less than a week ago, and in that time you all have really impressed me, and after 23 years in this business that’s not easy.

How did you impress me?

The two times I had questions and I emailed them, Ruschele had responses in lightning speed. She’s awesome !

1. The first time I needed to have a coach conversation about how to get started,  it was set up in less than two hours., BTW, Jonathan was great, and he really listened , a rare quality these days,
2. Your Daily e mail (I think from Monda)y about negotiating, saved a deal we had the buyer pulling away from, how? The main point about how negotiations have changed is dead on, I pointed out the items you mentioned to the seller, and they accepted the price reduction to move on with their lives

All this in less than a week!

There’s so much that we need to tweak to make the changes from local broker to REO Specialist, but we’re excited and I can see I picked the right coach’s,
