Dear Tim and Julie,

Harris Real Estate University is not my first rodeo.

I’ve been a part of many coaching programs over the years. I did not even hesitate to sign up for your education at $97 bucks a month. That seemed like a bargain compared to the $1800 a month I was paying to another real estate coaching program. I guess that means you are saving me $1700 a month. Thanks!

One of the problems I had with the other coaching program and many of the others I participated in was that they all told me to stay away from the short sale business. Every one of them said that they are too hard, that you waste too much time on them and that it is not a productive profit model. I never could figure this out since one of their star students was a short sale king in New jersey. They encouraged us to get involved with REO’s but told us never to rely on just REO’s, but rather we should focus on doing regular mainstream real estate. Again a little confusing since one of their other star students is the top REO agent in Las Vegas, as far as I know, all he does is REO business.

Over the past year as I watched my regular listings never sell. I could never get the price low enough, yet the short sale homes and REO’s were selling like crazy.

I knew I needed to add a new pillar to my real estate income model. After all, I had spent tens of thousands of dollars on educating myself on selling real estate the conventional way. I knew I needed the education on how to sell short sales and how to obtain REO listings. I’d received emails from you for well over a year, but finally took the plunge not even two months ago.

Since signing up my small team has done $1626 worth of BPO’s, enough to keep my discouraged Brother in law in the real estate game. It took some of the immediate lack of cash problem off the table for him. We have also closed 7 transactions since then. My advice to anyone is to not allow others to discourage you from getting the education you need to succeed in the REO and Short Sale side of the real estate business. It could be one of the costly mistakes you make.

Sincerely

Scott G. Walters

I ordered your reo system last month.  This is an area that I truly want to excel in.  I hired my brother-in-law two years ago.  He was doing great until the market caught up to us here in Utah.  He had started to search for other jobs to pay the bills.  I saw the opportunity of quick cash doing BPO’s while we began to work into the REO business as a great opportunity to keep him in the business.  We have done 40 BPO’s since then.  Not tons of cash, but enough to alleviate some of the immediate cash flow problem for him and also serve to reenergize him to stick with this great opportunity.  We also picked up a short sale home today.  Thank you for the education.
