From Tim and Julie: Thanks Sherry for sharing your success story with us. Everyone at HREU sincerely thanks-you for the honor of being your coaches.
Dear Tim & Julie,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so blessed to have found you and Harris Real Estate University. Without your incredible Free Daily Motivation Coaching call and fantastic up to date relevant information on the markets, I probably would not be in Real Estate now.
I have been a Realtor for 15 years and have been in other coaching programs over the last several years.
When the market was clipping along everyone was prospering and the future looked incredibly bright for all. The mood was excitement and expansion as the money rolled in. Then in the summer of 2005 the calls for appointments abruptly ceased. Everyone was saying that this was just a temporary lull in the market…….
The temporary lull has become a mammoth tsunami of people in great financial challenges.
Thank you for being there to help guide us.
I heard about Agent Short Sale Secrets and immediately signed up. We have had several sales and helped many troubled sellers get through this process of short selling their homes. For example, we have been working with on e particular seller for several months now, They have a home with 2 mortgages and we have had several unforeseen problems with this particular short sale. Because of your constant encouragement ,Short sale class calls and the awesome superstar calls as well, we have learned to NOT GIVE UP!!! and forge ahead even when this sale was floundering…..
I am thrilled to say,we will be closing this week on a $350k home with both sides of the commission.
Thank you Tim and Julie for the dynamic and wonderful coaching that you provide. It is true that you have all the keys to help any one if they are willing, to be a very successful Realtor even in this difficult market. It is so true that by serving and helping others acheive their goals, that you as the server are overwhelmingly blessed in the process.
Thanks for all you do!

Great Question From A Student…..

Sherry DeJong asked:

“On a short sale, will the bank go after the seller for the retirement account?”

Answer:

Short Answer, almost never.  Retirement accounts are a protected asset class.  At least not until you start withdrawing from those accounts. Once it gets withdrawn, of course, the money you withdraw is ordinary income.  They can’t get at the retirement account. Also, did you know that you can put investment properties into retirement accounts? So, if someones retirement plans includes a few rentals and they are now having to do a short sale its probably smart to move those units into the safe retirement accounts.

Great Question!

Tim
