Agents who have attended real estate programs presented by Tim & Julie Harris Real Estate Coaching are among the leaders in the top 1,000 agents in the country according to Real Trends’ 12th annual The Thousand list.

That’s right … we’re a little proud of that! We offer congratulations to our coaching clients and all of the rock star agents whose hard work and professionalism has paid off with a coveted spot on this list.

The Thousand real estate professionals was announced on Friday, with four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in Individual Sales Professionals—Sales volume; Individual Sales Professionals — Transaction sides; Team Professionals—Sales volume; and Team Professionals—Transaction sides.

For the third year, Real Trends added the categories to The Thousand ranking based on of average sales price. This category is broken down into the top 50 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in Individual Sales Professionals – Average Sales Price and Team Professionals – Average Sales Price.

According to Real Trends, the application process kicks off in January and concludes in March. The process requires independent third-party verification on every sales professional and team, including their status as an individual sales professional or part of a team.

“Being a member of The Thousand is an incredible achievement in today’s increasingly competitive environment,” Steve Murray, founder of REAL Trends, a Denver-based consulting, publishing and communications company that complies the yearly, third-party verified list, said in a press release. “This elite group of sales associates are proven professionals who bring together innovative marketing solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with best-in-class customer service to consistently exceed their clients’ expectations.”

Murray pointed out that the average real estate agent in the U.S. sold seven homes in 2015, while the average agent in the Real Trends The Thousand ranking sold 202 homes and the average team sold more than 433 houses during the same time.

“These kind of results show that those who commit to being full-time professionals can build meaningful businesses and succeed beyond anyone’s expectations,” he said in the statement.

Who topped the list?

Ben Caballero, of HomesUSA.com Inc., in Addison, Texas, was the leader in sales volume and transaction sides. Brenda S. Powers of Sotheby’s International Realty/NRT in New York led the individual average sales price category.

On the agent team side, the Leonard Steinberg Team in Compass, N.Y., led in sales volume. Rhonda Duffy of Duffy Realty of Atlanta in Alpharetta, Ga., led in transaction sides and Mandile/Knapp Team of Sotheby’s International Realty/NRT in Beverly Hills, Calif., led in average sales price.

The Thousand offers a chance for real estate agents to receive well-deserved recognition for their hard work, dedication and professionalism in an industry that is still in recovery.

At Tim & Julie Harris Real Estate Coaching, we couldn’t be prouder of the professionals who’ve attended our programs and have gone on to reach their goals and earn the recognition that they deserve.

Like proud parents, our smiles are a little wider today!

Congratulations!
