A 216-acre landmass, Fisher Island is home to 50 different nationalities and varied professions that include professional athletes, supermodels, business executives, lawyers, you name it. The average income of this diverse group was $2.5M in 2015, $1M more than the second place finisher, Atherton in Silicon Valley. The zip code 33109 is the only zip code in the country where +50% of all tax returns showed an annual income of +$200,000.
