How do I choose a Broker?
- Commission is only one factor.
- Who is most prominent in your market place? This may or may not matter… Remove the objection ‘I’ve never heard of your brokerage’ by choosing a brand name or prominent boutique.
- Are there locations that attract walk in business? Location may matter.
- Culture and leadership… are they a fit?
