The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) just released its 2019 edition of its “What Home Buyers Really Want” Report. Guess what the number one thing buyers really want…91% want a dedicated laundry room.
The NAHB asked consumers what they wanted based on a four-tier scale…
- Essential/Must Have or… won’t buy it without it
- Desirable or … it would be nice to have it and would be seriously influenced to buy the house if the house had it
- Indifferent or … no influence whatsoever if house had or didn’t have it
- Don’t Want or … get me out of this house
