Clearwater Benefits is a Texas-based insurance start-up designed expressly for independent contractors and since 86% of Realtors are independent contractors, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Clearwater is a good fit for eXp Realty’s agents. (NAR has yet to create a healthcare solution for its approximately 1.4M members but local Realtor associations are most definitely moving towards filling this huge healthcare gap.)
