Listings for homes priced less than $250,000 most often have words that speak to possible post-purchase expenses (or non-expenses) such as “move-in-ready” and “new roof.” Homes with listing prices of $250,000 – $499,999 often have words such as “dual sinks,” wet bar,” “covered patio,” “pool” and/or “spa.” For top tier homes priced at $5M+, listings often use descriptive words such as “ocean views, “ media room,” and “wine cellar.”

ALL listings for ALL sales homes at ALL price points use the term “hardwood floors.”
