Suzanne Fuqua has been a real estate professional for 28 years and has been licensed in Arizona, Texas and New Mexico. A graduate of Baylor University, she started her career in Dallas where she was selected the Rookie of the Year. Three years later, she was the 16th highest producer in the Dallas,Ft. Worth area.
She saw opportunity in Santa Fe, New Mexico real estate. She built an impressive clientele there, eventually opening her own brokerage firm, Town & Ranch, which she sold in 2000. Town & Ranch then became a Prudential Affiliate.

Suzanne then was a Broker Associate with the Santa Fe Realty Partners team and Taos Realty Partners. Suzanne lived in Taos, New Mexico seasonally where she
listed sold in the Land of Enchantment. She also was President of Taos Partners, a development building homes in Taos.
Suzanne has been an active licensee in Arizona as well. She has been a Broker Associate in Phoenix for 15 years. She is currently a Broker in both Arizona and New Mexico practicing in both states while growing eXp in these states as well.
Suzanne was the first Designated Broker in the state of Arizona and New Mexico. She has been with eXp Realty since the conception of the company in 2009. Suzanne also was the opening State Broker for New Mexico. Also, she has contributed to the growth of eXp by bringing Kunversion, a successful lead-generation plus software platform, to the company as well as participated in the Broker Vetting Committee.
One of the founding Realtors of the company, Suzanne has dedicated her professional life to growing the company. She has help grow California and Canada with her group as well as Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, and New Mexico. Currently she is Southwest Broker eXp Realty concentrating on growth in the Southwest.
