California

- Pact with Oregon Governor Kate Brown and Washington Governor Jay Inslee to base all state re-openings on “health outcomes and science”

Colorado
- Governor Jared Polis extended stay-at-home order to April 26 – may change
- Governor indicated re-opening of state will be rolling and not simultaneous

Connecticut
- Governor Lamont drew line in the sand for May 20 as opening date
- “My instinct is we’re going to first focus on big manufacturing and outside construction…before we move on to retail, and opening them up on a limited basis…things that have close personal contact (bars, barber shops, etc.)…we’re going to have to wait until we have a little more testing, and more masks.”
Delaware
- Governor John Carney indicated stay-at-home order to remain through May 15 or “until public health threat is eliminated.”

Washington DC
- Mayor Muriel Bowser extended lockdown until May 15
Florida
- Governor Ron DeSantis already reopened beaches though stay-at-home order in effect until April 30

Georgia
- Governor Brian Kemp plans to open state next week

Hawaii
- Governor David Ige issued stay-at-home through “at least” April 30

Illinois

Indiana

Iowa
