Michael Valdes comes to eXp Global with 25 years in global real estate and finance. Prior to being whisked away to eXp Global, Valdes held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Servicing for the Realogy Corporation. Valdes opened 74 brokerage operations across more than 100 countries, is fluent in Spanish, conversant in Italian and Portuguese and has lived in London, Madrid, San Francisco and Los Angeles prior to now splitting his time between Miami and New York.

Valdes simultaneously serves as the Chair of the Asian Real Estate Association of America Global Advisory Board, is co-host of the 2020 AREAA Global Luxury Summit and is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Corporate Board of Governors. Additionally, Valdes hosts The Global Luxury Real Estate Mastermind podcast.
Valdes said, “The (eXp) model will change slightly depending on the country…” and will develop training and education platforms in each country’s native language on top of “…creating Spanish-speaking programs.”
