Beginning in January 2021, ZillowOffers users will be able to work with Zillow Homes licensed employees in Atlanta, Phoenix and Tucson, hotbed iBuying cities. These already on-board employees with Zillow will be studying for and getting their real estate licenses over the next three months…Zillow is NOT recruiting already licensed agents for these positions.
Zillow-owned homes in Atlanta, Phoenix and Tucson are to be listed for sale by Zillow Homes employees who will be, expectedly, licensed real estate agents by the beginning of the year. Zillow will then expand this protocol to more markets throughout 2021.
ZillowOffers customers also have access to Zillow-affiliated mortgage, title and escrow services just as both Opendoor and Offerpad have these under-one-umbrella services.
Jeremy Wacksman, president of Zillow, said, “We’re excited to add another important link in the ZillowOffers transaction chain to offer our customers greater choice and convenience when considering a more.”
Zillow will also transition its listing data to MLS internet Data Exchange feeds offered directly through MLS to provide consolidation, consistency and more convenience to company users.
