    • $15B reserved for live venues, cultural institutions and independent movie theaters
  • $10B for child care providers to reopen safely

Broadband Access

  • $7B to increase access to broadband Internet including new Emergency Broadband Benefit to help millions of students’ families and unemployed workers to afford necessary broadband

Transportation Aid

  • $45B in transportation-related assistance including
    • $16B for airlines to pay workers/contractors salaries
    • $14B for mass transit agencies
    • $10B for highways
    • $1B for Amtrak

Education

  • $82B assistance for schools/universities to assist with reopening efforts
  • – Includes $2.75B for private K-12 education

Agriculture

  • $13B for farmers and agriculture including money under Coronavirus Food Assistance Program for growers and livestock, dairy and poultry producers

Medical Bills

  • Provision ending “surprise” medical bills
  • Providers required to give patients “true and honest cost estimates” three days before any scheduled procedure
  • Billing disputes subject to arbitration

Tax-deductible Meals

  • Provision to make cost of meals a 100% deductible business expense sought by President Trump
