RealTrends 500 Releases its 2021 RealTrends Winners

Utilizing 2020 data to determine the best among the 500 qualifying real estate firms in the country, RealTrends 500 just released its 2021 results.  (As of December 2020, RealTrends500 became a subsidiary of HousingWire.)

Data indicates that the country’s leading 500 realty firms outperformed overall growth in the housing market by nearly +10%.

RealTrends bases its rankings on closed transaction sides and by sales volume.  Firms may not be present on each of these lists merely because home sales prices differ by location throughout the country.

Chicago-based @properties, similar to eXp in terms of being tech-centric, landed #8 on the sales volume list, an increase of +52.1% from last year, and #9 on the transaction sides list, for an increase of +52% y/y.
