The residential real estate market has experienced eye-popping change from pandemic 2020 to 2021.  The industry’s reliance on technology due to COVID lockdowns, remote working, historically-low inventory and high demand has been a change maker all by itself.  And that shift to technology determined its RealTrends 2021 annual list of its top Game Changer leaders within the industry.

2. Compass, under the leadership of Robert Reffkin, experienced a growth of +2.395%.
3. Jose Medina and Rich Cosgrove, operating partner and broker with Keller Williams Legacy Group Realty, guided a brokerage growth of +435%
4. Keith Pike, owner of RE/MAX Elite, saw a +306% growth rate.
5. Bill Flemming, broker/owner of HomeSmart, guided a growth rate of +305%.
6. Anthony Lamaccchia, CEO of Lamacchia, saw his firm’s growth rate jump to +212%
7. Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, under the direction of Bill Bullock, CEO, grew +192%
8. Jason Sherman, CEO of RLAH, saw a +172% growth rate.
9. Coldwell Banker Island Properties, under CEO Steve Houle, grew +141%.
10. Greg McClure, CEO of ONEREALTYONEGROUP Complete, shepherded a +120% growth.
11. Tom Hosack, President/CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, saw a growth rate of +118%.
12. ERA Brokers under CEO Neil Walter experienced a growth rate of +96.6%.
13. Century 12, the Harrelson Group, under the guidance of Greg Harrelson, experienced a growth rate of +85.3%
14. Susan Jenkins, PhD and Broker/Owner, of Better Homes & Gardens Native American Group, guided her brokerage to a growth rate of +70.3%.
