New Partnership of eXp World Holdings and New Story to Help End Homelessness in Mexico
In an effort to help end global homelessness, eXp World Holdings and the non-profit New Story have joined forces to build 100 homes in the Morelos region of Mexico.
eXp Realty is committed to raising funds among its network of nearly 65,000 agents to help rebuild the earthquake-ravaged Morelos region of Mexico. Additionally, Glenn Sanford, founder/chairman/CEO of eXp World Holdings, has pledged to match up to $300,000 in agent/employee contributions to achieve the goal of raising $600,000 for this rebuilding effort.
100% of all contributions raised via eXp Realty are to be directly applied by New Story’s efforts to hire local workers and purchase local materials to build safe, sustainable housing in Mexico’s Morelos region.

Why the Morelos Region?
In November 2020, eXp Realty opened its brokerage operations in Mexico, its first Spanish-language country in its ongoing global expansion. With eXp’s presence in Mexico, this cloud-based brokerage firm was in a position to help provide direct housing assistance to a Morelos community that was badly impacted by a 7.1 devastating earthquake.
