10 – Spend at least 1 hour working out, going on a walk or taking a class at a fitness center.

Business networking like BNI, Chamber of Commerce or Investment groups

Charitable organizations

12 – Keep a gratitude journal daily. 

This will act as a  remind of all that is going well in your business and keep your mindset in an attitude of gratitude.
