We serve thousands of members from across the nation, and repeatedly see questions on many of the same topics, so we created this page to help you rapidly find the answers you’re looking for.

For your convenience, we’ve group the answers to the many questions we receive into categories, including enrollment, billing, classes, accreditation, our coaches, and our company. We regularly maintain the frequently asked questions and answers below to provide you with the most detailed information about our programs & organization.

I have a question about enrollment

If you’re ready to enroll with Tim & Julie Harris®, take the plunge by scheduling a free coaching call with our member services team or call us directly at 866-422-9497 during weekday office hours (9am – 5pm PST).

Upon enrollment, new members will receive a welcome email containing the username & password for our online customer portal. If you didn’t receive this, please first check your spam folder, and then contact us to resend your login credentials if you’re unable to find your enrollment message.

I have a question about billing

Members enrolled in a financed program such as the Premier or Premier VIP coaching program are requested to contact their financial lender directly for information on billing & payments.

For members enrolled in programs with a monthly payment cycle, such as Premier VIP, Short Sale, or REO/BPO programs, billing is performed on a regular monthly basis, and you will be billed on the same day each month. The specific billing date depends on your date of initial enrollment. When billed, your bank statement will show “Harris Real Estate Univ 866-422-9497”.

I have a question about my class

You should have received a welcome email containing your username & password for our customer portal when you enrolled. If you lose your password, click on the “Lost Password” link on our customer portal login page to have a new one emailed to you automatically. If you never received the welcome email, please contact us and we will resend your login credentials.

You can login to your class at our online customer portal, which is available as the “Member Login” link on the Tim & Julie Harris® website. Your class schedule is located on the main page when you log in, and your class schedule will be the same day and time each week.

If you miss a scheduled class session, a replay of each session is available the same day for you to listen to. All class notes will be posted with the replay after each class.

All class content is presented in digital format. Some materials (ie: forms, etc) are available for download, while other materials such as instructional videos are not. Our programs are designed by real estate professionals with an ‘earn as you learn’ approach to member income in mind. For instance, most classes feature at least 40 ‘done for you’ marketing and lead generation ideas. Literally, the ads are written for you. All you have to do is take action.

All Tim & Julie Harris® coaches are licensed, practicing real estate professionals, and we pride ourselves on being the only real estate coaching & training organization where all the staff members have sold real estate. We believe that real-life industry experience is a critical skill in delivering quality coaching, and you can rest assured that your coach has met and solved the same challenges in their business that you face in yours.

Our coaches maintain regularly scheduled office hours, and their contact information is posted with the class. To contact your coach outside of regularly scheduled hours, please contact our staff for assistance.
