I bought the paperback as well as audible when I just need to freshen up. I am a Coaching student of theirs and I have trusted everything they say. I sold 16 house my first year of joining the Coaching program. They give you a step by step confidence boost. Instead of getting ready to get started. Earn while you learn. I’m good at that. lol. Listen to their daily podcast too.

JUST BUY THE BOOK ALREADY!
Just licensed and been listening to Tim and Julie's podcast for months - Buy the book! I just started and ALREADY seeing what Tim & Julie say is TRUTH! For example: A 10-year agent told me he just isn't seeing Zillow work for him... given the amount of money he pays every year. He just dropped Zillow and is going back to 'the old way' of doing things. If he would have been listening to Tim & Julie he would have dropped Zillow and saved tens of thousands. I am reading your book and integrating it into my life, one step at a time and getting my coach soon!

I nearly highlighted the whole book!
I started highlighting a few lines by the end I was highlighting whole pages. This is one of those books that I need to read on an annual basis for evaluating my past production, for motivating my future production and a disruption to the bad habits I’ve taken on.
