Don has excelled in many things; as a windsurfing professional and three-time national champion including one world title. Also three-time member of the US Olympic training team. As a Real Estate Agent, he closed 51 transactions in his first year in business, achieving 100% Club (top 1%) at Re/Max in that first full year of business. Don founded a tech start up called DataTrak. It was one of the first developed electronic electronic systems. He sold the start up and later continued as a Coach/Consultant to top Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, Branch Managers and Tech Startups. Currently Don is a ProInsight Coach and with eXp Realty where he leads his passion and focus on building referral relationships, strong business development and recruiting.
