Most agents live & die by the deal – so it’s no surprise that most agents tend to view “success” as an event to be achieved. Being successful is a “thing”, like a trophy that you carry around – and as long as you meet your production goals, nobody will take it away from you.

The truth is more complicated, though – success is a spectrum, which means that it’s the accumulation of many small things that you do over time that build up to major achievements.
