Simply put, every real estate agent, both experienced and new, should read Harris Rules. Being a veteran real estate broker, I’ve read many business/real estate books focused on many different topics, systems, and strategies, and by far, this is one of the best. Right from the jump, the opening chapters speak of mindset and strategy, with the intention of dispelling the often believed, but false perceptions about what a career in real estate looks like.
So many enter the industry with dreams of making it big in real estate, not realizing that it is one of the most aggressive and difficult careers to succeed at. Starting with the right mindset, then offering practical and effective techniques and insight, even veteran agents would benefit from this fresh and honest look at our industry.
The author’s candid and real world approach make this a compelling read and in my opinion, should charge you up if you are thinking of entering, or currently in the industry. Definitely a must read.
