“The Millennial Generation: A Demographic Bridge and America’s Diverse Future” is the Brookings Institute latest study on where Millennials are choosing to live.

90M strong, Millennials, born between 1981-1997, are now 25% of the general population. 30% of this demographic is voting age and 40% of this demographic is working age. Millennials are 55.8% Caucasian and 43% are considered minorities.
