Are the five years of gloom and doom stories about the Greenwich CT housing market coming to an end? Perhaps.
Putting an exclamation point on the back end of a recent string of +$10M deals in Greenwich, Rob Johnson, one of Tim Harris’s personal coaching clients, just closed the town’s priciest sale in five years with a $48M off-market deal.
The sale of this 4-acre estate with a 12,000 square foot oceanfront home in the guard-gated community on Long Island Sound is attention getting on two counts. The first count is for the property itself.
This home, a Georgian colonial-style trophy home, has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It was extensively renovated over the decade its most recent owners lived in the house. Along with the main house, the property also includes a front motor court, tennis court, pool and dock.
Compared to the relative values of residential properties in New York City, the price of this property was considered “refreshing” to several Greenwich real estate agents not involved with the sale. Could this deal be the deal that attracts other investment professionals back to Greenwich?
The second reason this deal generates interest is, as we said up top, that Rob Johnson, one of Tim Harris’s private coaching clients, handled the deal. Congratulations, Rob. Well done.
And. if Harris Real Estate Coaching can help Rob Johnson close a $48M deal, Harris Real Estate Coaching can help ALL real estate agents regardless of their respective tenure in the business, regardless of the respective market tier in which they are working and regardless of their respective level of success.
Focused, motivated, goal oriented real estate agents never stop learning, never stop growing, never stop wanting to excel and never stop needing/seeking accountability. Harris Real Estate Coaching provides the gamut in terms of wisdom, expertise, experience, strategic thinking, scope and culpability to help real estate agents on their journeys to close any deal, be that deal $480,000, $4.8M or $48M.
Cheers Rob Johnson!
