Technology

State-of-the-art technology inside and outside the home is a top priority for luxury homebuyers.  Such technology enables home security systems, temperature and “clean” air controls, interconnected at-home working and learning tools, entertainment classifications and general well well-being.

Whether a property is a first, second or fifth home, high-net worth homebuyers want seamless, gold standard technology in their home systems, applications, devices and appliances.

Outdoor Space

Luxury homebuyers want their backyards to offer them five-star resort amenities.  Private gardens (flower, vegetable, meditation gardens); pool-side chef kitchens with top-of-the-line grills, oversized sinks, wine storage, food and drink storage/refrigeration, stone-covered prep areas and ample dining /seating areas; sports courts for every ball game imaginable and custom-build fire pits, swimming pools and/or calming meditation pools with just-right water features.

Any and all of these outdoor amenities evoke private, controlled, luxurious escapes from the chaos of today’s world.

Health and Wellness

Today’s affluent homebuyers are seeking holistic wellness sanctuaries throughout their properties.  The more wellness oriented and the more green, the better.

In addition to energy efficiency and air/water purification systems, high net-worth are seeking moderated sound systems, light quality, fully outfitted gyms with saunas and yoga/meditation rooms, indoor lap pools and quiet, calming areas for all-season use.
