2.   Set goals for what you’ll accomplish in the next 28 work days?

-New pendings?   -New listings?   -Number of new appointments?

Think bigger.  If your goals are clearly attainable, make them outrageous instead.  It’s ok to fall a bit short but it’s not  ok to go through the end of the year goal-less or with wimpy goals.

3.   Consider adding 20% to your goals.  If you think you need 3 new listings, make it 4.  If you need to get 3 of your 5 buyers pending, why not all 5?  

4.   Consider that ExpiredPalooza is happening this weekend… how many Expireds will you actually have conversations with?  

5.   What holiday / center of influence events are you committed to?  Always say YES.

6.   What if you spoke with 5 people from your database every day of the 28 days?  Where would your business be going into 2021?

7.   What would it take for you to have the best holiday for you and your family EVER?

8.  What habits can you form NOW which will set you up for your most successful 1st quarter?

9.  Set your daily work schedule so you’ll finish out 2021 strong.  80% lead generation, lead follow up, prequalifying or presenting and 20% ‘working on’ your deals.
