- Best job markets with lower unemployment rates than the national average
- Housing markets poised for growth with nearly 2X as many homes for sale than the national average with lower home-price-to-income ratios than the national average
- Younger populations than the country as a whole
- More affordable living costs
- Shortest commutes…less than the national average of 30 minutes
- Most vital restaurant scenes with an average of more than five eating/drinking establishments per 1,000 households

- Market poised for strong price and sales growth
- Boom in new construction gives buyers more options to choose from

- One of most affordable cities with median home-price-to-income ratio of 2.8
- Haven for hiking, biking and kayaking
- Maudlin SC – 24-minute commute to Greenville’s downtown
- Strong jobs market with average unemployment rate of just 2.3%
- Small town southern charm
- Beech Grove IN – close to Indianapolis with its own separate government
- Affordability strong
- Downtown area with many leisure options for young people
- Portsmouth VA – stone’s throw to Virginia Beach
- Affordable average home price of $215,000
- Military and defense-related job opportunities
