Would you be surprised to learn that for many real estate agents (and brokers) it is far easier to MAKE money than keep it? The simple unfortunate fact is that most real estate agents are never able to produce enough passive income to ever truly ‘retire’. A vast majority of real estate agents and brokers can never stop working even if they wanted to. They never create true financial security and their financial well beings are depending on…the next closing. It doesn’t have to be that way. 

Most real estate agents have some sort of a plan to sell more homes and generate more commissions.  That’s the easy part. The hard part, the critical part is having a plan to sell more homes, earn more money and then get that money working for you so that you no longer have to work for money.  Definition:  Rich is where your money is working for you; you’re no longer working for it.
